Kempson water cooled portable fiber laser welding machine generates a stable laser beam through a high-performance laser source. An intelligent control system precisely adjusts laser welding parameters, directing laser energy to the welding gun head. During welding, highly concentrated laser energy instantly melts the metal filler wire and base material, forming a dense, robust weld seam under inert gas protection.
Simultaneously, the equipment adopts a closed-loop water cooling system to meet the heat dissipation demands of long-term continuous operation. Driven by a water pump, the coolant circulates through the laser unit to absorb heat. Rapid heat exchange occurs via the chiller’s heat exchanger and powerful fans, enabling the cooled coolant to be recycled for reuse. The entire process is monitored in real-time by an intelligent temperature control system, enabling the laser to operate within a stable temperature range. This achieve high-efficiency, stable, and reliable welding results while extending the equipment’s service life.
Kempson adopts upgraded multi-rotation anti-spatter black-gold welding torches, enabling repeated use of protective lenses. Multiple layers of protection including dedicated anti-spatter welding nozzles, torch tubes, and high-temperature alarms effectively reduce long-term consumable costs.
