With an annual R&D investment accounting for more than 30% of our revenue and a professional senior R&D team, we have obtained more than 30 core patents in total. After 18 months of intensive R&D and over 1,200 tests and iterations, we successfully developed the multi-rotation anti-spatter black gold welding torch. Relying on the core technologies of eccentric rotation reuse and dual protection & heat dissipation, the Everlens system has increased the service life of protective lenses to 8 times the industry average. It completely solves the efficiency bottlenecks and cost burdens caused by frequent lens replacement, and firmly lays the technical foundation for the Everlens Weld 1+N product series.

Kempson was founded in Shenzhen in 2016, officially entering the laser welding equipment field and kicking off its entrepreneurial journey. During this phase, the company focused on technological R&D and market accumulation at home and abroad, laying a solid foundation for future development.

Rooting in Xinxiang
Development Stage: Established a modern production base, ushering in a new chapter of development.

In 2021, Kempson settled in Xinxiang, Henan (a renowned heavy industry base in China), building a standardized modern production base. It realized efficient collaboration between R&D and production, broke the production capacity bottleneck, laid a solid foundation for large-scale development, and opened a new chapter in the enterprise’s development.

In 2022, Kempson focused on core technological breakthroughs and continuously iterated its product matrix.

Launched the thick-plate water-cooled laser welding machine, whose 8mm wide weld bead technology significantly improved welding efficiency and forming quality;

Launched the air laser welding machine, innovatively realizing welding with “self-made protective gas” and greatly reducing users’ operation costs;

Developed the laser lens protection system. With two core innovations—spatter-resistant special nozzle and eccentric lens design—the lens service life reached 6-8 times the industry average, driving industry upgrading with core technologies.

In 2023, Kempson achieved dual upgrading of brand and strength.

The company moved to the modern industrial park of Liandong U Valley in Xinxiang, fully upgraded the production and quality control systems, and greatly improved production capacity and delivery stability;

In 2025, Kempson embarked on a path of multi-dimensional deepening of brand and technology.

The “Everlens Weld 1+N” brand was officially launched. With the concept of total lifecycle cost-effectiveness as the core, Kempson continued multi-dimensional product innovation and launched the “Everlens Weld 1+N” brand integrating its mature laser torch lens protection system. Here, “1” represents the laser torch lens protection system, and “N” represents multi-dimensional innovation across all product categories, establishing the enterprise’s market position as a “Total Lifecycle Cost-Effectiveness Expert of Industrial Welding”.

The independently developed 4000W and 6000W high-power dual-torch thick-plate laser welding machines were successfully launched, winning the trust of global customers with excellent performance; meanwhile, 20 after-sales service outlets were established worldwide to fully upgrade overseas service quality.
