KPS-LHW 2000W Water-Cooled Laser Welding Machine
With 2000W power, this 2000W Water Cool Laser Welding Machine is ideal for thin sheet stainless steel welding (up to 5mm thick). It offers precise control of weld seams with a width range of 1.5-5.5mm, ensuring minimal error and perfect alignment for assembly.

KPS-ALW 3000W Air Laser Welding Machine
This Air Laser Welding Machine 3000W is designed for carbon steel welding, capable of handling up to 10mm thickness. It features an integrated gas generation system, producing 99.99% pure argon-nitrogen shielding gas, which eliminates the need for external gas cylinders and reduces annual gas costs by approximately ¥38,000. The machine is equipped with 10-meter fiber optics and a flexible caster system, allowing it to easily adapt to different workstations and mobility requirements.

The two Cool Laser Welding Machines have been put into operation, and the customer is highly satisfied with their performance, particularly in terms of gas cost savings and welding precision. At the same time, they have suggested developing a specialized welding torch for confined spaces to further enhance operational flexibility.
