The equipment’s self-developed core system deeply integrates a high-precision Multi-axis linkage platform with high-performance chip lasers, breaking through the problems of difficult operation and poor consistency found in traditional manual welding. The integrated design, paired with a French Schneider electric control system, achieves one-time weld forming with no splash and no deformation, providing a “worry-free, high-precision, and low-cost” professional welding experience.
The equipment’s built-in high-performance chip laser generates a high-energy laser beam, which is focused by a precision optical system into a micron-level high-precision spot. The spot acts on the welding area, rapidly melting the metal to form a molten pool. Simultaneously, the four-drive stepper wire feeder precisely delivers welding wire according to set parameters. The molten pool extends accurately following the coordinated movement of the laser head and the CNC platform-type automatic laser welding machine. Utilizing an intelligent air-cooling system for real-time heat dissipation, a smooth and full high-quality weld is formed after cooling, enabling standardized processing with a small heat-affected zone and zero workpiece deformation.
