The 4000W Air Laser Welding Machine features a spatter-resistant black-gold welding torch and dual-protection lenses to minimize contamination and wear during operation. Its stepper four-drive wire feeder supports seamless switching between single, dual, and triple wire feeding modes, enhancing weld bead width and fullness. It can even achieve weld bead buildup, delivering more stable and precise weld quality.

Take a closer look at our 4000W air handheld laser welding machine from every angle. From the body, handheld welding torch, and internal layout, every component is high-quality.
The working principle of the air laser welding machine is “laser energy welding + self-generated shielding gas protection.”
The equipment generates high-purity inert shielding gas via a precision gas generator. Combined with a multi-stage vortex collision separation filtration system imported from South Korea, it ensures pristine gas purity, eliminating the need for additional welding gas purchases. A highly concentrated laser energy is produced by a Kempson customized chip and an American GW laser source.
This energy is precisely directed to the welding site through a multi-rotation anti-spatter welding torch, instantly melting the base metal and filler wire to form a robust weld. Simultaneously, under the stable control of the French Schneider electrical control system, the stepper four-wheel drive three-plus-one wire feeding mode adapts to plate thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 12 mm. Single-sided welding achieves double-sided formation, while the protective gas synchronously isolates air to prevent weld oxidation. This ultimately delivers spatter-free, low-consumption, highly efficient, and stable welding results.

Measuring just 1.2 × 1.3 × 1.3 meters, the 4000W air laser welder features a compact footprint that fits easily into any workshop without occupying excessive space, while its built-in gas generation system eliminates the need for external shielding gas, making it convenient, efficient, and ready for use. Check out the dimension diagram below for a detailed view of its size and layout.

The black gold laser welding gun specially developed by Kempson utilizes multi-rotation reusable protective lenses, a dedicated anti-spatter welding nozzle and gun tube, and a dual protection system with a high-temperature alarm device, effectively reducing subsequent consumable costs. In contrast, most competitors choose to equip their systems with inexpensive welding guns with easily damaged lenses, leading to frequent lens replacements and significantly impacting production efficiency.
