First, an integrated high-precision gas generator produces high-purity inert shielding gas. Select models feature multi-stage vortex filtration systems to ensure stable, pure gas without external procurement.

The laser outputs high-density beams via a custom-designed chip. Energy is precisely focused onto the weld zone through a rotating anti-spatter torch, rapidly melting the base material and filler wire to form a robust weld.

Managed by a Schneider Electric control system, the equipment supports dual-wire feeding and step control, suitable for single- or double-sided welding of plates ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm thick.
